Return & Refund Policy

  1. Any product purchased from Innoel Technology Ltd can be returned within 7 (seven) days from the date of receiving of the product.

  2. Cost of transportation for returning the products shall be borne by the user.

  3. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. If a product is returned in incomplete condition, Innoel reserve the right to send back the product to the user. In such case, cost of transportation shall be borne by the user.

  4. The product must include the all the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.

  5. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. The product must be returned with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.

  6. For any after sales issues or warranty  claims after usage of the products or the expiration of the return window, please contact at Innoel’s service line.   7. Innoel holds the right of the balance added to its account. Innoel may refund the customer to his/her desired transactional medium but the process may take 7 to 10 working days depending upon the circumstances. All cash-backs and vouchers could be subjected to change upon company decision at any given moment. Cost of transportation is not refundable.

  8. After getting the product user must capture some unboxing pictures. These pictures will act as a proof of the product condition during receipt of the products. If there is any functional problem with the product, user must record a video and share with Innoel before user intends to apply for returning a product.
